When I was a kid I loved watching the Planet of the apes series. I also loved the film's. A few years ago my wife bought me the film box set Very happy

When I was a kid my cousin had a few of the mego figures which I loved. I keep thinking that when I get some spare money I will get a few but in the meantime I would love to see some photos of yours

I LOVED the Mego Apes figures. I had most of them and the Treehouse play set. Great toys. They were fun to use with the Mego Star Trek figures as well. On more than one occasion Cornelius was the Ape Ambassador to the Federation. The Klingon and Gorillas were often in cahoots. This thread brings back some great memories. Thanks.

Here are some more Mego POTA pics with a couple of Star Trek and Starsky & Hutch figures too.They are photographed against repro card backs ( also include a Palitoy Urko with a reverse shot of the card back),i have got the bubbles but have only got round to putting a few together so far.

The Palitoy artwork is much more dramatic than the MEGO version.
